Floorwork
A session on a padded floor mat with fresh linens — bolsters and pillows facilitate compression and stretching. Done fully clothed; no oils used. Wear loose, comfortable pants.
Combo Table + Floorwork
Lower body stretching on the mat, followed by an upper body massage on the table.
Prenatal Massage
Specialized care for expecting mothers. 90 minutes available upon request after your first appointment.
